Fresh Summer Salad Recipe

- 2 cups couscous
- 2 cups chickpeas
- parsley
- 1 pomegranate, seeds only
- 1/2 lemon
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, squeeze lemon onto salad and add a couple swirls of olive oil.
