Matcha & Superfood Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 kiwis
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- Garnishes
- sliced almonds
- blueberries
- coconut slices
- chia seeds
- sunflower seeds
- lime
- mint
Preparation
Blend the yogurt, 1 1/2 kiwi, banana, avocado, spinach and coconut until smooth.
Garnish with 1/2 kiwi, almonds, blueberries, seeds. Add mint and/or lime for a little extra kick, if desired!
