Honey Glazed Lamb Chops

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 lamb chops

  • 4 tablespoons honey

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Brush the honey mixture onto both sides of the lamb chops.

  4. Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!.
