Yogurt and Berry Popsicles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to your desired sweetness)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Popsicle molds




PREPARATION

  1. Mix plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of honey until smooth and well combined.

  2. Toss the mixed berries with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Lightly crush the berries to release their juices.

  3. Pour a small amount of the yogurt mixture into each popsicle mold, filling about 1/3 of each mold.

  4. Add a teaspoon of crushed berries into each mold, distributing them evenly.

  5. Repeat the previous steps to create alternating layers of yogurt mixture and berries.

  6. Gently insert the popsicle sticks into the center of each layer.

  7. Place the popsicle molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

  8. To unmold the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water.
